Whilst we hear in plenty of economies around the world the pros and cons of “going cashless” being discussed it seems that Florida may be taking its own position on the matter. Proposed legislation, that reportedly has both republican and democrat support, would see most business forced to accept cash. It is certainly an interesting take on the conundrum facing many developed economies. We will watch this to see how it progresses.
